How do I create an account?
To create a new account:
- Click the "Sign Up" link at the top right side of our site.
- Below the New customers heading, click the "Create an account" button to begin your first-time registration.
- Follow the prompts to complete setting up your account.

How do I edit my account information?
To edit your account information, login to the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site. Next, under "Personal Information" select the appropriate option to edit your account information.

I forgot my password.
Click the "My Account" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says, "Forgot your password?" Click the link and then enter the email address you use to sign in to your account. The site will automatically send you an email with your password.

Do I have to pay sales tax?
You will need to pay sales tax if you are located in a place where Pearson does business. Sales tax will be dynamically calculated and displayed during the checkout process. If you are a tax exempt organization please contact customer service after creating your account for us to be able to update your records in our system after verification.

How do I find my product?
To find the product(s) you are looking for, you may: (1) use the navigation menus on the left of our website. (2) type a keyword into the SEARCH box. If you have trouble locating a product, feel free to contact customer service for assistance.

How do I navigate the site?
To navigate this website, simply click on a category you are be interested in. Categories are located on the top, left and bottom of our website. QUICK TIP: Place your mouse cursor over anything you think could be a clickable link. You'll notice that anytime you scroll over something that is a link, your mouse cursor will become a "hand". Whereas scrolling over anything that is NOT a link will leave your cursor as an "arrow". You may also type a keyword into the SEARCH box to quickly find a specific product.
